I thought that it was time for another of my grandmother's epigrams, and chose this one which came to mind as a result of an email from a friend.
POLITICS
Politics, politics, my good man,
Use your sense – that is, if you can:
In important matters you haven’t a say;
This country is totally ruled by THEY.
Harsh truth! But we make THEM, and we can undo THEM.
Your Grandmother was quite a character I imagine.
